Social Responsibility

We care not only about energy but also about those who need support. We actively contribute to non-profit organisations, particularly in the fields of education, healthcare, social services, and sports, as well as to socially beneficial projects. Additionally, we assist talented individuals who deserve help in fulfilling their dreams – including gifted children of our employees.

Our support is primarily directed towards the communities where we operate. Through regular financial contributions, we help sustain and develop institutions such as the Kindergarten and Primary School Brno, Kociánka, a public institution specialising in education for children with physical disabilities, the Křemílek Children’s Association in Chomutov, St. Elizabeth Hospice in Brno, the Brno-Medlánky district, the Arrows sports club in Ostrava–Poruba, TJ Sokol Hrotovice, and TJ Moravan Lednice.

The Dedication of Modern Gymnasts

We have decided to support the modern gymnastics club of TJ Sokol Ostrava – Třebovice as it takes on the role of organising the 2025 Czech Modern Gymnastics Championships in the basic and combined programme. From 31 May to 1 June 2025, the Campus Hall of the University of Ostrava will welcome 250 female gymnasts from across the Czech Republic, aged 6 to 24 years. For these athletes, the championship is the highlight of the season, which is why the members of the Ostrava club train intensively three times a week for two hours per session. And we love that! After all, we support modern energy, so modern gymnastics isn’t that far off!

Sport is Energy!

Bringing sport into everyone’s life, regardless of age. This is what unites two organisations that we consistently support – the football club TJ Moravan Lednice and TJ Sokol Hrotovice.

Both clubs focus on developing the physical fitness of their members and promoting a healthy lifestyle through movement. Moreover, Sokol – a historic Czech sports and gymnastics movement – and football both foster respect for the spiritual heritage of our nation. Local sports associations also act as a driving force within their communities, actively shaping sporting and cultural life. Through them, we support vibrant local communities where ORGREZ operates.

Dignified Care for the Terminally Ill

Among the organisations we support is St. Elizabeth Hospice in Brno, to which we have contributed funds for the purchase of medical equipment to meet the needs of its patients. The hospice provides palliative and hospice care for individuals who are terminally ill, in both the pre-terminal and terminal stages of their disease, as well as professional support for their loved ones. It offers social counselling, specialised social advisory services, respite care, nursing care, home-based and long-term inpatient palliative care, and specialised palliative medicine. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the doctors and staff of the hospice for their invaluable and dedicated work.

Supporting Children with Disabilities

We have repeatedly contributed to the development of Kindergarten and Primary School Brno, Kociánka, supporting both the school itself and activities related to the education of its pupils. This centre provides preschool and primary education for children with physical disabilities, multiple disabilities, and autism. It educates children from the age of three until they complete their compulsory schooling. We are pleased that, thanks in part to our support, children here acquire a range of life skills applicable in real life, are guided toward independence, and develop basic competencies and the ability to navigate the world. Last but not least, the school creates a safe and welcoming environment where every child feels comfortable and secure.

The Future of Czech Baseball

We would like to introduce Matyáš Novotný, a Czech national baseball player, whom we are proud to support on his journey towards his dream of becoming a professional athlete and an Olympian. Matyáš is one of the brightest talents in Czech baseball: captain of the Czech Republic U15 team at the 2022 World Championship in Mexico, Athlete of the Year 2022 in the Moravian-Silesian Region in the under-19 category, participant in the LA 2028 project, and a nominee for the Czech Republic U18 national team. He currently plays for Arrows Ostrava in the Czech Extraliga, and with every game, he moves closer to his dream of becoming an Olympian. Together with his father, who is our colleague, we are keeping our fingers crossed that Matyáš will make it to his dream Olympics!
